Alex Caldwell provides financial statement audit, review and compilation services for our firm as well as income tax planning and tax preparation for business owners, individuals and families.

He began his career of over twenty years, with Ernst and Young, a large international accounting firm, in San Francisco. Preferring to work with small businesses and individuals, as opposed to large multi-national corporations, Alex moved to Marin, and worked twelve years for a local firm before joining us in October of 2000.

Alex graduated from Sonoma State University in 1985 with an undergraduate degree in Business Management with an Accounting Emphasis and a minor in Computer Information Science.

He is a member of California Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Alex has served a local non-profit organization for over fifteen years as either board member, trustee, treasurer, or volunteer financial consultant.

Alex lives in Fairfax with his wife and daughter.
